Brown Fused Alumina is made from high quality bauxite by fusing in an electric arc furnace at high temperature.It has good toughness and high hardness.It is suitable for manufacturing of Vitrified and Resin Boned Abrasives.Coated Abrasives for Lapping.Polishing and sandblasting.
The abrasive tools made of brown aluminum oxide are suitable for grinding,carbon steel,normal alloy steel,malleable cast iron and hard bronze etc.

Brown Fused Alumina for Abrasives can be divided into kinds:
(1)For Boned Abrasives:FT-01(With Medium Density) and FT-02(With High Density)
(2)For Coated Abrasives:FT-P
We can also produce Heat-Treated(Also called Blue-Fired) Brown Fused Alumina and Ceramic Coated BFA.

Applications:
For Resin Boned and Vitrified Abrasives:Cutting Wheel and Grinding Wheel etc.
For Coated Abrasives:Abrasive Belts,Sheet etc.
Wet and Dry Blasting Media.
Grinding ,Lapping and Polishing Media.
