1.Product Description

Fiberglass discs are die-cut from reinforced fiberglass cloth which were coated with phenolic and epoxy resin. With nice features like good bonding performance with abrasives, great structural strength and deflection resistance, high speed of cutting performances and excellent heat resistance, it is used as the best reinforced base material for different kinds of resin grinding wheels.

Taking CNG260-5×5/176×23V+W for example:
Expression of the cloth same as above;
OD: Outside diameter is 176mm
ID: Inside diameter is 23mm
Surface: V+W means coated with non woven fabric+wax paper[W means plain+wax paper; P means coated with black paper; B means black color;R means Red color;CP means Crepe paper]

      3. According to customers’ requirement, covering materials include plain with wax paper, coating with black paper, non woven fabric and wax paper or with PE.
